Shipping

We only ship to Canadian addresses, and shipping is free. 

Our shipping times are typically 3-5 business days. The shipping company will call you within that time frame to schedule a delivery date.

Free delivery covers shipping to your door (without entry to your home). Please note that moving up the stairs to door or moving up the elevators to door may not be included unless your address is in the Greater Toronto Areas. Delivery inside your home and installation may be available upon request before the items are shipped (additional fee required). We are unable to accommodate specific timing requests inside the scheduled delivery timeframe, if you won’t be home anytime during the scheduled delivery timeframe, please reschedule the delivery directly with the shipping company at least 24 hours before your delivery or you will be charged a non-refundable missed delivery fee by the shipping company. If you notice any shipping damages, please notify the delivery driver right away and ask the delivery driver to write the damage on your delivery receipt, then contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Any additional charges incurred by the delivery company will be billed to the customer. Additional charges include, but are not limited to, missed deliveries, isolated addresses, and other services offered by the delivery companies. After an order is shipped, we cannot make any changes to the products ordered. If an item arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to help you with your order. 

 

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day risk-free trial for all our products. You can return your product for a full refund for any reason (we will cover the return shipping cost). All products must be returned in their original packaging and "like-new" condition, free of stains, scratches, rips, and other damages. Returns are free, but if you do not have the original packaging, there will be flat 15% restocking fee, and we will re-ship the packaging to you for return. Once our warehouse team member checks over the products and approves the return, your refund will be processed and returned to your original payment method. If certain modules are damaged and deemed "not repairable" then the cost of the damaged module will be deducted from the refund.

Cancellations

If you cancel your order before shipping, we will refund your full amount. If you cancel an order during shipment, we will refund your full amount minus the shipping charges associated with delivering and returning to our warehouse.

10-Year Limited Warranty

We offer a ten year Limited Warranty which covers manufacturing-related structural defects, and electronic defects.
