Shipping

At Rezy, we believe in fair and transparent pricing. To ensure that you only pay for the services you need, we've tailored our delivery options. The cost of delivery is not shared across customers—so you pay specifically for the service level that you need.

Our shipping options include Local Delivery and Standard Delivery, availability and exact shipping costs shown at checkout once you enter your address.:

  1. Local Delivery ($159):
    Available to select areas within the Greater Toronto, Greater Montreal, and New York Metropolitan Areas. This service includes:

    • Email scheduling of your delivery.
    • Real-time tracking of your order.
    • Delivery inside the entryway of your home or apartment unit (but does not include moving up stairs).
  2. Standard Delivery:
    This threshold service delivers the sofa to the exterior of your home or apartment building (no entry inside). If you live in an apartment or condo, delivery may only be to the main entrance or loading dock, and moving items up stairs or elevators may not be included.

Additional Terms:

  • Shipping times typically range from 3-10 business days. The shipping company will contact you within that timeframe to schedule a delivery date.
  • Delivery timing is scheduled in advance. We cannot accommodate specific timing requests inside the scheduled window. If you need to reschedule, please contact the shipping company at least 24 hours prior to your delivery to avoid a non-refundable missed delivery fee.
  • If you notice any shipping damages, notify the delivery driver immediately and have them note it on your delivery receipt. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Any additional charges (such as missed deliveries or services for isolated addresses) will be billed to the customer. This will not be refundable. 
  • Once an order is shipped, no changes can be made. For damaged items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

 

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day risk-free trial for all our products. You can return your product for a full refund for any reason (we will cover the shipping and return shipping cost). All products must be returned in their original packaging and "like-new" condition, free of stains, scratches, rips, and other damages. Returns are free, but if you do not have the original packaging (including the pallet if your order arrived on pallets), there will be flat 15% restocking fee, and we will re-ship the packaging to you for return. Once our warehouse team member checks over the products and approves the return, your refund will be processed and returned to your original payment method. If certain modules are damaged and deemed "not repairable" then the cost of the damaged module will be deducted from the refund.

Cancellations

If you cancel your order before shipping, we will refund your full amount. If you cancel an order during shipment, we will refund your full amount minus the shipping charges associated with delivering and returning to our warehouse.

10-Year Limited Warranty

We offer a ten year Limited Warranty which covers manufacturing-related structural defects, and electronic defects.
