How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated separately, based on your location, ensuring you only pay for what you need. You may enter your postal code during checkout to confirm shipping costs to your location. Please visit our Shipping Policy page here for full details on our Shipping Charges.
How long does shipping take?
Our shipping times are typically 3-10 business days, depending on your location. Detailed shipping time estimations will be shown during checkout. The shipping company will call or email you within that time frame to schedule a delivery date.
What is your return policy?
If the product is not right for you for any reason, you have 30-days to return, FREE of charge. Please see our Shipping & Return Policy for details.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, we offer a ten-year Limited Warranty which covers manufacturing-related structural and electronic defects.

Will the sofa fit through my tight hallway?
We will deliver the sofa to you in individually boxed modules. The minimum required hallway width is 19.25".
How big is the largest box?
The largest box is the seat. 36.25" x 33" x 19.25" (66lbs)
If I purchase a Two-Seater Sofa, can I add to it in the future?
Most definitely! The sofa is fully modular, so you can add or replace individual seats, armrests, and other modules that we introduce in the future.
Do you have a showroom?
You can try our smart sofas at CF Sherway Gardens in Etobicoke (we are located in front of Nike) between Oct 8 to Nov 8.

What makes the Rezy Sofa special?
We designed the sofa around the idea of doing more with less. As a result, the sofa can efficiently save you valuable space in a world where real estate prices are high.
It takes double the amount of time and materials to make a Rezy Sofa compared to a traditional sofa. Furniture companies have attempted to add functions such as seat storage in the past, but none have gone to the extent that we have.
We combined all living room furniture into one, integrating functionalities seamlessly, so a Rezy Sofa is the only piece of furniture you need in a living room.
Is the Rezy Sofa durable?
The Rezy Sofa is built to last. From material selection to structural design, the sofa is built to be durable. We do not use cheaper composites such as MDFs and particle boards in our structure.
The sofa is also designed with reparability in mind, so if a part breaks, it can be fixed easily without replacing your sofa. For example, the table and cupholders can be individually removed and replaced if damaged.
How do I clean the sofa?
To keep your sofa looking fresh for years to come, please wipe away spills immediately with a damp cloth. Avoid using harsh cleaning chemicals on the sofa.
Vacuum the sofa regularly to keep dust from building up on the fabric.
How heavy is the sofa?
All our components are made with solid materials, which gives a sturdy and premium feel.
Each armrest weighs approximately 66lbs and each seat (with backrest) weighs approximately 85lbs.
What is the weight limit of the sofa?
We tested up to 400lbs per seat with no issues. Granted, this is not the max weight that the seat can handle before breaking.
Are your seats bigger than typical sectionals?
Our seats are on the wider end of the spectrum at 35.5" wide, but it isn't out of the ordinary. We found this to be the ideal width because a two-seater would fit perfectly in an small apartment and offer the flexibility of seating up to four people.
How long is the power cord for the Smart+ sofas?
The power cord is 1.5 ft. long, it will come out from the bottom rear of the right armrest. You can use an extension cord if you need extra length.
Where are the charging stations located on the Smart+ sofas?
The chargers (2 wall outlets, 1 USB-C, 1 USB) are located in the right armrest. That would be the armrest on your righthand side when you sit down.
How do all the sofa modules connect?
All the modules, except the ottoman, have heavy-duty metal connectors that hook all the pieces securely together.
You will not need any tools to put the sofa together.
What other products are you working on?
Our development pipeline falls into two categories: modules and add-ons. These are all backwards compatible, meaning you will be able to add them to the current Rezy Sofa.
Modules are large pieces such as seats, armrests, and backrests. An example of a module that we are working on is a sofa bed.
Add-ons are smaller items that you put into your Rezy Sofa to enhance its functionalities.
