While we currently don’t have a permanent showroom, we offer a 30-day risk-free trial starting from the date you receive your sofa. You're welcome to return part or all of your order for a full refund, and we’ll cover the return shipping cost, so you can try it out with total peace of mind.

Do the cushions lose shape over time?

We use a combination of steel springs and high-density foam in our sofa cushions to provide excellent support and comfort, while maintaining cushion integrity so it continues to look as good as new over time.

Are your sofas pet-friendly?

Yes! Our sofas are designed with both families and pets in mind. The fabric is stain- and scratch-resistant, easy to clean, and pet fur won’t tangle—just use a vacuum or lint roller. With a tested durability of 150,000+ rubs, our fabric is built to withstand daily wear. For extra resilience, we recommend our cream linen or velvet options with a tighter weave. You can also order free fabric samples from our website to explore the materials before purchasing.

Are your fabrics non-toxic and safe?

Absolutely. We use premium, non-toxic materials that are safe for kids, pets, and the environment. Our fabrics are treated with a non-toxic, oil-based solution to enhance spill and stain resistance, without any off-gassing or harmful chemicals—ensuring a healthy, worry-free home.

Your sofa will arrive in modular boxes, each designed to fit through standard doorways and hallways at least 19.5 inches wide. What’s the difference between the Smart and Smart+ models?

The Smart+ model connects to a wall outlet and features app-controlled ambient lighting, plus built-in charging ports (two standard outlets, a USB-C fast charger, and a USB port) in the right armrest. The ambient lighting on the Smart+ is fully customizable through the Rezy Mobile App, with options to choose preset modes or select your own colors. The Smart model does not connect to power and does not include lighting or charging ports, but offers all other core features.
